The Role Our software developers play a pivotal role in addressing technical and engineering-led challenges, fostering robust communication across the AP+ technology teams. You will contribute to delivering the AP+ Technology strategy, collaborating with our product teams to support the roadmap, ensuring solutions are technically and operationally viable and ensuring availability of the necessary resources for successful delivery. About You We are seeking experienced Software Developers who are passionate about collaborating on complex, technical challenges. While a background in backend development is ideal, what matters most is your approach and mindset to problem solving.
As well as formal qualifications, we're seeking the following:
A passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions Knowledge of algorithms and data structures Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively What's Next:
