About the Opportunity:This is a newly created leadership position as a result of continued growth and success. The Operations Manager will take charge of Australian operations, leading a capable and established multi-functional team of 15. Robust strategies have been set globally, with this role responsible to drive the team to execute, managing global data to drive optimisations. You will have full P&L accountability, assisting this business to grow from humble single digit millions to circa $50-60 million turnover in 3 years' time. At present this unique company has no competitors and is on a significant growth trajectory, making this an opportune time for the right person to join.
About You:You are a seasoned operational leader with proven P&L accountability and a track record of success in SME or small scale-up environments. You will bring experience from a digitally focused company, including sectors such as IoT, software, FMCG electronics, or similar industries. You have strong knowledge in supply chain management, logistics, and quality control processes, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are a hands-on operator with a calm and confident demeanour and strong leadership skills. You are an excellent communicator with the ability to speak with a range of people from customers to board level executives.
