The Position: Managing the multiple keg beers systems around site, hooking up hanging kegs, cleaning lines, managing cool rooms and storage of keys and gas bottles. Check CO2 monitoring systems and safety handling of kegs, gas bottles on site. Diligently track inventory movement, monitor stock levels. The Person: Experience in managing beer and glycol cooling systems in high volume venues. Proven track record in maintaining and organising a beer within all cellars. Ability to work collaboratively with the Brand Partners, contributing specialised knowledge of beer, wine and spirits to enhance the overall customer experience.
