Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. The modern-day, 3rd Generation UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter is the world's leading multi-role battlefield and special operations helicopter with a proven legacy of exceptional capability and reliability.
Your responsibilities will include: The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the UH-60M Black Hawk Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) in eMRD, and to manage and provide oversight of MRD Practitioners in the conduct of Maintenance Requirements Determination (MRD) activities for the UH-60M.
Other responsibilities include:
Proactively contribute towards and drive MRD process improvements. Ensure the integrity of Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) data in CAMM2. Ensure compliance with UHSPO MRD procedures and policies, specifically Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Maintenance Steering Group 3 (MSG-3), in accordance with AAP 7001.038. Prioritising and managing the MRD Team's performance. About you: To be successful, it is essential you demonstrate the following:
Tertiary qualifications in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Cert IV in Aeroskills or higher) from an accredited Australian institution or commensurate practical experience. Completion of Defence Reliability Management (DEFRELMAN) Practitioner course or equivalent. Significant ability to think critically and problem-solve. Significant experience overseeing diverse teams. Significant ability to analyse, investigate, interpret and explain complex maintenance policy data sets. Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations. This role will be based at Enoggera in Brisbane.
