Are you a certified Master IV (NCreliable, motivated, and experienced Skipper to join our Marine Operations team. This is your chance to helm our vessels, inspire a dedicated crew, and provide unforgettable experiences to our passengers.
Primary duties will include: Masterfully handle our vessels with precision and professionalism. Ensuring consistently high standards of safety and service for passengers and crew. Provide excellent customer service to our passengers. Supervision and leadership of a crew of 20-30 members which includes deckhands, aquatic staff, and cruise attendants. Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Engineering to maintain vessels to the highest standards. To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have: Master IV Qualification. Experience in a similar role within the tourism industry. Associated MED certificates considered an advantage. A high level of grooming and presentation. The ability to adhere to company operating standards. You will be required to work over a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays. We expect our team to have a high level of grooming and presentation as you will be a role model for other staff and also interact closely with our passengers.
