About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic growing team.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer - APAC, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, define clear requirements, and propose solutions to improve business processes and performance.
Responsibilities of the role include: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure that requirements are clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives. Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement. Map existing processes and design optimized workflows to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and monitor outcomes. Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making and strategy development. Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies during the testing and implementation phase. Provide recommendations for tools, technologies, and processes that will address business challenges. Other tasks as directed by your manager from time to time. To be considered for this role, you will need: Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field (MBA preferred) Minimum of 4 years' experience in business analysis, project management or similar role. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, such as agile or waterfall is advantageous. Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence) and techniques (e.g. SWOT analysis, process mapping). About you: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and a focus on delivering high quality work. Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
