The Role
As part of the DFMS team, you will be accountable for deliverables including:
Coordination and execution of DFMS content publication processes, including validation of DFMS content against approved business processes. Coordination and execution of DFMS format design changes in Holocentric, from conceptualisation through to publication, in alignment with approved business processes. Engagement with DFMS stakeholders regarding relevant system and content changes, and providing familiarisation/training support in a user-focused manner. Developing and maintaining local DFMS processes as appropriate. Maintaining all corporate records in accordance with approved business processes. Working with Defence Fuel Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure successful ongoing deployment and use of the system. About our Team
Fuel Capability Branch's (FCB) has responsibility for operating, maintaining, governing, enhancing and sustaining the Defence Fuel Supply Chain (DFSC) across Australia and globally. As part of Joint Logistics Command, we are responsible for end-to-end Defence fuel capability.
This includes:
Fuel supply. Strategic asset management. Engineering services. Key strategic projects outlined in the National Defence Strategy. Fuel and fuel infrastructure specifications standards. Product procurement. Support the transition of military capabilities to renewable energies. Fuel capability. The DFSC and the Defence Fuel Network (DFN). As an integrated and geographically dispersed team, our Vision is to safely fuel the force by delivering 0:1:100 - zero loss incidents and injuries, one safe, integrated resilient DFSC, and 100% deliveries in full and on time. The branch workforce is a blend of APS, ADF, Reservist and contractors.
