Salary: Executive Level 1 - $110,788.00 and $129,928.00 plus 15.4% super (part time pro-rata)

The Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) Section supports the automation of business process management (BPM) for the Department of Home Affairs via the delivery of ICT business solutions on enterprise-wide strategic platforms.
The EBS BAU/ Project Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for the quality of the end-to-end product and overall delivery process for the Pega Platforms and applications. They will work closely with the Business System Owners, Technical Stakeholders across ICTD Product Owner, EBS Technical Program Delivery Manager and EBS Scrum Master to prioritize delivery requirements and mitigate risks throughout the delivery life cycle.
Responsibilities: Manage the deployment and maintenance of the Pega Platforms infrastructure and web technology and applications. Diagnose and resolve technical problems to a high standard of service. Plan, implement, control, and review Pega platforms service provision to meet client business requirements. Manage service levels and ensure suppliers fulfill their contracted SLA requirements. Work with Home Affairs business areas to understand requirements and develop a work program. Manage a team of technical staff to deliver a successful maintenance and minor enhancement program. Coordinate end-to-end release cycles in consultation with business areas, testing and configuration functions. Provide expert advice and education to stakeholders on change release management processes. Coach and mentor key internal stakeholders in Change Management best practice.
