Parts Interpreter & Sales . Seeking a customer focused individual with sales experience to join our dynamic and growing company within the quarry and conveyor industry.
We are an Australian owned company with our Headquarters North of Brisbane. We are focused on the delivery of aftermarket spare-parts and conveyor belting services to a range of customers and industries. The company has been in business since 2009 and continues to grow each year.
Due to this growth, we are seeking to hire a Parts Interpreter & Sales person to service our existing clients and assist with new business. This role will see you working with the business development team and logistics team to deliver a superior service to our customers. You will also be supported with technical and sales training. As a progressive company, we are always looking to develop and progress our staff.
It would be beneficial for you to have the following:
Willingness to learn Good phone manner Mechanical aptitude Experience in industrial sales, spare parts or a heavy related industry Experience with business to business (B2B) if no heavy industry experience If you have parts-interpreting experience, this will be particularly valuable. Experience utilising CRM's (we use Odoo ERP) Ability to communicate effectively Be a team player Ability to multi-task Able to work unsupervised Have a fork lift ticket (but not a must) Have current driver's license Detailed responsibilities will include:
Customer Support Parts interpreting Support the External Support/Sales team Work with suppliers Reading and understanding machinery manuals Providing accurate and timely forecasts of future demand Report on market information.
