We have approximately 100 NATA accredited laboratories that perform close to 6 million episodes each year for doctors, specialists, patients, hospitals, and corporate clients. Clinical Labs services almost 100 private and public hospitals and is the largest provider of pathology services to public hospitals in Australia.

About the role We are seeking multiple casual Collectors to join our dedicated team within Bendigo, Victoria. These positions will suit self-motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
Specific duties include: Collection of blood and other samples from patients Attending to the care, storage, and processing of pathology specimens Attend to paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely manner Skills and experience: Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephone Exceptional time management skills Sound clinical knowledge A current Driver's License Ability to communicate effectively with the collections team, doctors, patients, and other stakeholders Ability to work alone and participate in weekday and weekend shifts across any of our collection centres Rights to work in Australia Australian Clinical Labs is an equal opportunities employer, encouraging applications from people of all ages, nationalities, abilities, and cultures – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the LGBTQI+ community, and people living with disabilities.
