Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission, Compliance Melbourne CBD Ongoing/non-ongoing, full-time/part-time, $94,235 - $108,200 + 15.4% super We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to join our Compliance team.
As a Compliance Officer , you'll lead complex investigations, collaborating closely with charities to gather and analyse critical information.
You'll identify non-compliance, provide advice to drive change, and support the use of regulatory powers to mitigate risk.
You'll manage your cases independently, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes through clear planning and by applying analytical and creative approaches to overcome unique challenges.
You will initiate and deliver business projects and contribute to the directorate's performance by sharing your expertise in a learning focused environment.
You'll utilise technologies to improve our effectiveness and efficiency and you'll share knowledge and expertise to build team capability and support less experienced colleagues.
You'll also engage with our external partners to build relationships and drive outcomes across agencies, jurisdictions and the charity sector.
You may also be required to travel interstate as part of this role.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Melbourne CBD .
