Technology Delivery Manager - Permanent and Temporary positions available
Full-time Permanent Details : The Business Transformation and Systems team within the Community Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking a highly organized individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the community. As the Technical Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with various CSD Services to understand their operational challenges and implement technical solutions that enhance service delivery. Your expertise in process analysis, technology recommendations, solution robustness assessment, and project management from design to deployment will be essential in advancing CSD's digital agenda. Your ability to think critically and innovatively and collaborate with others to achieve positive outcomes will be highly regarded.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Project Management Certifications in Prince2 Methodology or equivalent is highly regarded. Certification in developing Microsoft products is highly regarded. Certifications in Salesforce/Mulesoft products is highly regarded. Note: There are two positions available: one is a permanent role, and the other is a temporary role available immediately until 5 December 2025, with the possibility of extension. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
