Central Health Intake is a highly transactional service unit where the speed of service delivery and quality of output are paramount.
We are seeking a dedicated professional with significant service delivery experience and a strong understanding of reporting and quality processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) for their team, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing the nursing team.
