Transport Canberra and City Services are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our specialised traffic control and horticultural surge team within the City Presentation Branch.

The Temporary Traffic Management (TTM)/Horticultural Surge Team Operations Supervisor position within Place Management is responsible for leading a team engaged in the implementation of Temporary Traffic Management Plans across Canberra and oversees a horticultural surge team focused on arterial road mowing and additional horticultural maintenance.
This position is a frontline leadership role and is responsible for staff supervision, performance management, technical support, and training to work groups that include permanent employees, contract staff, and apprentices.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Current C class drivers' licence is essential; Medium rigid is desirable.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
