Details: The ACT Ambulance Service is seeking applications for the position of Emergency Call Taker within our Communications Centre. As a critical member of our team, the Emergency Call Taker serves as the first point of contact for individuals experiencing emergencies and seeking immediate assistance. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate ambulance resource dispatch, as well as providing essential pre-arrival instructions to callers.
