Director Platform Support, Maintenance and OperationsFull-time Temporary Details: As a senior leader within Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS), this role requires a person who can inspire, energise, and positively influence team and individual outcomes. The role is responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating a team and providing appropriate support and guidance. Effective employee engagement skills are a key enabler in the performance of this role as is a values-based leadership style.The primary responsibilities of this position are to:Oversight management of a Salesforce platform by working collaboratively with other tech leads and multiple system integrators, ensuring alignment to architecture and security principles.Lead the development of appropriate governance controls for the TCCS Field Services Platform so that it can operate as effectively as possible, to ensure its availability to staff, industry and citizens.Work with relevant Project Managers to onboard new systems onto the platform while ensuring the stability of all users and systems and enabling the reuse of previously developed modules and interfaces.Work in close partnership with ACT Digital to align the Field Service Platform with the overarching ACT Government Platform known as 'One Gov'.Work with the CIO team to align the platform with the TCCS ICT Strategy and ACT Digital Strategy and undertake stakeholder management across the organisation as required to maintain and support the platform.Identify and implement best practices for optimising infrastructure and operation costs, improving system performance and ensuring service-level requirements are achieved.This role involves leadership of senior technical staff.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
