Do you have experience in creating and conducting surveys? Are you interested in playing a significant part in collecting data that underpins the Education Directorate's achievement of its strategic goals?
Expressions of interest are sought to fill the position of Assistant Director, Surveys in the Surveys and Evaluation Team, Analytics and Evaluation Branch. The Surveys and Evaluation Team is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of our two major surveys, the School Satisfaction and Climate Survey (SSCS) and the Post School Destination survey (PSD), as well as the delivery of the Directorate's Evaluation program.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of data management and statistical software, such as SurveyManager, SPSS, Excel, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and PowerBI will be considered favourably. This position does not require a pre-employment medical. This position does not require a Working with Vulnerable People check. Note: This is a temporary position available immediately until mid-March. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, a combination of working from home, designated office-based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, and flexible start and finish times.
