About the Role:
Under limited direction, the Sterilising Services Assistant Director, Operations, is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the operational team, including implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance with national standards, CHS policies and procedures, and legislative requirements in all areas of operation. The Assistant Director, Operations has accountability for operational budgets, customer relations, and ensuring a patient-focused quality service is delivered to each customer.
