As the Assistant Director, Campaign Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in driving high-impact marketing campaigns that showcase Canberra to interstate and international audiences. You'll collaborate with a talented team of marketing professionals across PR, Media, Content, and Digital Services to develop and execute creative, strategic campaigns that generate awareness and drive engagement.
What you'll do:
Together in collaboration with Assistant Directors across PR/Social, Content and Digital teams, lead the development and manage the implementation of a range of destination marketing campaigns that include advertising, public relations, digital, and content marketing activities. Manage and inspire a high-performing team, while coordinating with media and creative service suppliers to deliver compelling campaigns. Oversee procurement of service providers and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and delivering on campaign goals. Analyse market research and campaign data to refine strategies and report back to leadership on performance and outcomes. Provide essential administrative support, prepare campaign briefs and reports, and contribute to the success of the team. What you'll bring:

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
Experience managing a team A minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing and Advertising and/or related discipline Flexible work hours and some interstate travel A qualification in marketing, public relations or related discipline is highly desirable Experience working in the tourism sector is desirable How to Apply:
