Job Description:
We are looking to appoint a talented Contract Administrator to join our Transport & Infrastructure (T&I) team based in our Qantas Drive office in Brisbane.
This is a full-time opportunity to join a highly successful business assisting with the Commercial, Bid and Project Delivery teams with the day-to-day contract administration and commercial support for all projects and business functions across the T&I QLD business.
About You:
This role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of 1-2 years of industry exposure in a similar role, along with:Undergraduate degree in law, engineering, business, construction management or quantity surveying highly advantageous.
Prior exposure to the civil, construction or heavy industrial sectors preferred.
Skills interpreting and applying contract terms and legislation provisions.
Negotiation and influencing skills to achieve desired outcomes.
Developed analytical and planning/prioritisation skills.
Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders.
Operate across the business through open communication and engagement.
Work effectively in teams to identify and improve processes.
