As a Packaging Line Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art packaging lines.
You'll be responsible for monitoring and operating various machinery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment, including but not limited to fillers, cappers, labellers, and palletisers
- Conduct quality checks and perform equipment adjustments as required to maintain optimal performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Utilise forklift skills to move and organize finished goods and raw materials efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring continuous improvement

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is highly desirable
- Valid Forklift Licence and the ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekly rotating shifts
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
