We are currently looking for a Brewery Technician to support in the Brewhouse, Filtration, or Transfer process areas contributing to the production of Beer, Cider and RTDs. Our team is dedicated and enthusiastic about their work and joining us will allow you to develop your skills with the guidance of a supportive team.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitoring of processes within the Brewhouse, Filtration, and FermentationQuality assurance checks and analysisAddress and seek solutions for risks or identified quality or process issuesCarry out scheduled cleaning throughout the process areaEnsure compliance to workplace health and safety requirementsAbout YouWe're on the lookout for a proactive team player driven by a passion for learning and further development. You'll be a great fit for the role if you have a passion or interest in brewing, in addition to:
Experience as a process operator in a manufacturing environmentExperience in an FMCG environment, ideally Food & BeverageGreat attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with experience using a systematic approach to identify and rectify issuesA positive attitude and desire to learnThe physical capacity to perform the manual tasks associated with the position, and commitment to safety as a priority in all areas of your workProactive in identifying opportunities to continuously improve the safety, quality, and efficiency across the breweryThe ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentWhy Australian Beer Company?We are the second largest family-owned brewing company in Australia and have a loyal following for our local and national brandsWe were established in 2013We are passionate about brewingWe have a state of the art breweryWe offer a range of benefits and training to our employeesSuccessful applicants must have their own transport and be able to work rotating shifts.
