You will lead a team of high-performing account executives, ensuring we maintain our market-leading position while fostering strong relationships with key retail partners. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a sales-driven, results-oriented professional who embodies Lenovo's values and inspires the team to exceed expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue, unit, and profit targets.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Customer-Centricity: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and channel partners, ensuring Lenovo remains their preferred partner.Operational Excellence: Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on strategies and deliver a seamless customer experience.Key QualificationsAt least 10 Years Proven track record of driving sales success in the consumer electronics or technology sectorStrong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.Strategic thinker with a focus on execution and delivering measurable results.Experience working with retail and channel partners in a competitive market.High adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
