About the Role As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping support the Branch in providing value to customers across retail Home Lending and Small Business channels. You will provide support with managing, acquiring and growing our portfolio of customers. You will also play a significant role in enabling the business to continue to grow the Retail Lending portfolio, customer connectivity and NPS rating.

What will your day look like? As a Senior Consultant, you will:
Assist the Branch to manage relationships with customers within your assigned portfolio Attend to client queries, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner and in keeping with established service standards Collaborate with peers in the region to ensure effective support and service delivery Assist the Leader in building confidence and capability across the team around lending discussions Assist the Leader as a "second in charge" when required at times of annual leave, or managing the Branch during extended trading hours What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base Demonstrated experience in Home Lending and previous experience in the financial services industry Strong interpersonal skills - using appropriate behavioural styles to develop relationships & influence others Strong communication skills - demonstrated ability to convey and explain information coherently and confidently, both oral and written Strong problem solving capacity - ability to seek out information and break down problems and situations into simple lists of components, options or alternatives Strong analytical skills and attention to detail You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
