About the Role As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading a Branch frontline team. You will coach and develop your people to understand and meet our customer's needs, build motivated and engaged teams, and instil a high-performance edge and customer-centric culture.

What will your day look like? As a Branch Manager, you will:
Lead the branch's digital transformation efforts, promoting adoption of digital services to streamline customer interactions. Oversee and train staff on digital platforms to ensure a cohesive, tech-savvy team that meets customer needs effectively. Deliver effective customer management, retention and satisfaction advocacy for your customer base. Lead a motivated and engaged team intent on achieving both their Individual and Branch results. Role model and support a risk management culture through behaviours, discussions and interactions with employees and customers, and operate responsibly within the parameters of your approved delegations. Utilise and manage the Branch to deliver on agreed business plan and allocated business objectives, including growth, sales, service, expense, connected customer, Lender credit quality & return on equity targets. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong leadership skills in managing a digitally-enabled Branch environment and coaching staff on digital service offerings. Experience implementing digital customer service strategies to enhance the Branch's efficiency and customer satisfaction. Demonstrated Leadership experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in roles requiring growth and retention of a customer base. Demonstrated experience in managing Front Line Compliance Risks. Demonstrated capacity to adapt to changing environment. Interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively resolve conflict.
