We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Mechanical Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and develop groundbreaking solutions for blue-chip clients that push the boundaries of mechanical engineering.
What You'll Do: Project Management : Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed engineering work to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Design & Development : Create innovative mechanical systems and components that meet the highest standards, making products that don't exist. Technical Support : Provide expert guidance to the team and resolve engineering challenges. Quality Assurance : Implement top-notch quality control procedures to guarantee excellence. Innovation & Equipment Utilization : Utilize advanced equipment such as the Handyscan Black Elite 3D scanner, Portable Holographic wall – Axiom Holographics, Vive VR headsets, Microsoft HoloLens 2, RaisePro 2 Plus Dual Extruder 3D printer, and more. Software Proficiency : Harness the power of the latest Autodesk software to bring your designs to life. About You and Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. RPEQ or significant progress towards would be an advantage, please apply. Proven experience in project management, mechanical & process engineering. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with engineering software and tools. Extensive experience working on medium scale projects $10k to $100k+ Refinery, Port, Manufacturing, Milling, Marine Project experience Knowledge of Crusher, Clarifier, Conveyor, Fans, Gearbox, Turbine, Boilers Read and understand and prepare engineering drawings Ability to prepare 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings Working knowledge of Inventor, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360 Advanced Excel skills, MS Project and Workflow Max Physical capability of assisting and directing on-site works Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety practices General site safety induction white card How to Apply: Ready to make a difference?
