The Client Lead will manage and grow a portfolio of blue-chip clients and new business opportunities to deliver on client and Zinc objectives and budgets. The role is accountable for managing and overseeing client projects, end-to-end strategy, marketing campaigns/promotions, digital offerings, long-term account growth, liaising with stakeholders, achieving budgets and targets, reporting, and strategic account planning.
What a day in the life of a Client Lead could look like… Attend client meetings to ideate solutions to their challenges Look for new business opportunities Catch up with Creative to debrief on concepts and prepare for the next activation campaign Work with your incredible teammates on client opportunities and strategic planning Share updates with clients on their campaigns and brainstorm new ideas for the next one Learn, laugh, have fun, inspire, and be inspired Project management Proposals & estimates, creative & digital briefs, timelines, reporting, stakeholder management Pitch new ideas and grow your budget Understand the client's business and their immediate challenges Budget and sales-focused role Work across a range of marketing services and know when to present them About you 6+ years of experience in a similar role Below-the-line knowledge (ideally with promotional merchandise), B2B Client-centric mindset Coaching skills High level of interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent project management and organizational skills Agile thinking Why work with us?
