Sales Coordinator Starting salary to £30k, plus bonus, 25 days holiday, pension.
The Company My client is a leading supplier of construction, site, plant and access equipment for the UK building and construction industry.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team.
The Role As Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with customers and transport/operations/dispatch departments to fulfil orders and deliver outstanding service.
Processing hire and sales orders from initial enquiry to dispatch.
Responding to incoming telephone calls in a positive and enthusiastic manner, converting enquiries to orders where possible and processing.
Completing designated tasks to support the department in achieving set targets providing excellent customer service.
You will engage with yard personnel to understand product profiles, availability and transport capability.
Develop your knowledge of products, allowing you to embrace existing and new product developments in the market.
Promoting the company's products and services.
You will have worked or you will be working as a Sales Coordinator or similar and you will be very customer focused.
You will be enthusiastic, reactive, proactive and driven.
