I have the pleasure of working with such an inspirational female Founder who has grown her organisation into an international thriving business who is seeking an EA to be her right hand.
The office is in stunning offices in Canary Wharf.
In this varied role you will:
Manage global travel, visas, accommodation, transport links, restaurant bookings, scheduling private jets - business and personal.
Manage press releases, media appearances, liaising with key stakeholders and communications.
Scheduling meetings, charitable engagements, global speaking engagements, personal appointments.
Manage a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones.
Manage personal administration for your Founder, run errands, from payments to holidays!
Provide project management support alongside her key team.
You will have a strong background supporting a Principal, Founder or similar level, supporting in all areas of their business and personal lives as needed, with a preference for UHNW led/Family Office, Investments or similar fast-paced, high-pressured roles.
Graduate calibre is much preferred.
You will be well presented, articulate, flexible, and energy/sparkle is a great fit!

You will be required to work in the office 5 days a week.
The core hours are 9am to 6pm, with some out-of-hours contact as needed in your role.
