You'll bring experience in managing and coordinating all phases of the building services project delivery cycle with your background in either mechanical or electrical engineering. Therefore, you may be in an existing principal contractor position or alternatively working with an M&E contractor as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.

Salary: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
