Austcorp Executive | Site Manager - Rockhampton

A great opportunity to join a growing firm delivering Refurbishments and Fit-outs to clients across a number of States.
The Site Manager would be responsible for delivering refurbishment projects in Rockhampton for 12 months commencing in mid- to late-February.
You will need to hold:
Cert 3 Trade QualificationMinimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environmentQBCC Site Supervisor licenseIdeally commercial Fitout experienced and also new construction experience would be desirable.Experience: You will have 5+ years' experience in leading teams of construction trades.Prior experience of managing P&L.Strong client relationship skills, along with the ability to price-up and negotiate variations.For further information, please contact members of our team running this role on T: :
