Supporting a growing West Australian-based operation, this role can either focus on the local, national, or international market.

Base Salary + Super (all earnings) and an Exceptional Commission Structure (30%+).
First Year OTE ($120K-$180K).

This is an opportunity for an eager, driven recruiter seeking to work for an agile company and be rewarded for their input, rather than enriching shareholders.

Base Criteria
Minimum 2 years' Australian experience gained as a recruiter working in a recruitment agency.
Agile thinker , as yesterday's recruitment methods may not work tomorrow.
Atypical Recruiter - the ability to work and be seen as a trusted advisor to clients, not a sales clone.
Stakeholder engagement - managing client and candidate relationships.
Candidate Attraction using On-line Advertising, Seek Talent and LI Recruiter (all are integrated within our CRM).
Outline Duties
Your key responsibility is stakeholder engagement: - Clients, Candidates and Internal Staff.
Trusted Advisor and Relationship Builder, with a strong Personal Brand.
Integral Team Member, happy to support colleagues, and contribute to the team during large Perm mobilisations / go-lives.
Supporting clients in filling their Permanent, Short-term or ongoing Casual Hire requirements.
Supporting the Team in growing client and candidate bases.
Ensuring relevant Compliance is updated on our CRM.
Agile thinker, willing to continually develop, share knowledge and be an active contributor.
