We're on the lookout for a motivated Foreman to join our customer's busy Spray Seal team! Based out of their Tamworth depot, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations and travel as needed for work.
Key responsibilities include: Helping with job planning and making sure everything runs smoothly on-site.Working with the supervisor to lead the spray sealing crew and keeping projects on track.Ordering supplies like bitumen and managing site needs.Carrying out risk assessments and making sure the team is on the same page.Leading by example when it comes to safety, quality, and the environment.Ensuring all paperwork is completed on time and sent to the right departments.Other tasks as needed.The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in spray seal surfacing essential.White Card.Current driver's license (Truck license is a plus).Strong organizational skills with a "can do" attitude.Great time management and leadership abilities.Good communication skills (both written and verbal).On Offer: Excellent salary package - Negotiable based on skill and experience.Company Ute, phone, laptop and tools of the job.Excellent additional allowances.Real career growth and development.Relocation package on offer for an individual who may look to relocate to the region for the opportunity.To Express Your Interest Please Apply NOW!
