Base Criteria
Ideally Trade qualified (A Grade Electrician, HVAC Technician, Fire Technician) with 5+ years contract / account management or service management experience.
Outline Duties
Performing a lead role ensuring ongoing supply of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Systems maintenance, minor works and repairs to a key client across multiple locations from the Darwin CBD to the Greater NT region.
Lead, drive, support and coordinate staff (including contractors) undertaking work within a portfolio of client premises.
Skills and Attributes Contract / Account or Service Management experience within a recognised Service Provider, running contracts between $3 million and $8 million. Strong experience in managing a team of 10+ Electricians, HVAC Technicians and Admin Support staff. Strong Commercial skills, with good staff coordination skills to ensure effective scheduling to deliver to Contract KPI's. An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and strategic plans and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface. Engaging personality and strong presentation skills, who can lead effective weekly client meetings. A strong manager who can engage fully with frontline staff (direct and contract), undertake walk-rounds, yet provide strategic direction and head-office support and stakeholder engagement.
