Service Technician | BMS | Building Automation Location: Melbourne
Salary: Circa $90-120k+ base + super + vehicle / allowance + full package.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled service & updates for BMS and Building Automation. Configuration and programming of BMS/HVAC control systems. Carry out scheduled routine maintenance in a specific region improving energy efficiency. Diverse role which can include commissioning and small project works. Liaising with clients recommending upgrades, integration, and building efficiency. Report writing - producing accurate service reports. Respond to client service requests, programming, and point-to-point scheduling. Relationship building and support with existing and new customer service. Investigating and diagnosing faults. Providing technical support & commissioning reports as required. Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Proven experience in programming and commissioning BMS/HVAC systems. Extensive knowledge and understanding of IP related protocols, networking, and communications. Strong knowledge of Controls Protocols including BACnet and Modbus. Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, standards, and plant operating instructions. Restricted Electrical Licence. Current Australian Drivers Licence.
