Custodial Officers (Officers, Senior & Managers) A great opportunity for Custodial / Senior Officers from an Immigration or Prisons background to join an International company.

This International Organisation runs a number of Custodial / Justice Contracts, and is currently seeking a mix of Custodial Officers, Senior Officers and Managers for a Perth based contract.
Base Criteria
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Custodial Officer within an Australian Immigration Centre (On-shore / Off-shore), Australian Correctional Centre or Foreign Prison environment.
Outline Duties
Performing a key custodial role, across the safeguarding, safe movement and care of persons under your supervision. Managers and Senior Officers will also oversee teams and provide training, introduce new working practices and engage at all stakeholder levels.
Skills and Attributes Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Custodial Officer. Experience ideally gained within an Australian Immigration Centre (On-shore / Off-shore), Australian Correctional Centre or Foreign Prison environment. Be able to pass an NPC and additional Background Checks! Australian Drivers' Licence. For Senior Officer and Managerial roles, you will need to be an excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, providing clear and concise instructions and undertaking internal and external stakeholder interface. Managers will need to engage fully with frontline staff (direct and external), undertake walk-rounds, provide strategic direction and head-office support and stakeholder engagement.
