The Lead Project Support Officer is responsible for the development and performance of the Project Support Officer capability and the resource allocation to projects. The Lead Project Support Officer will work closely with the Project / ship Manager to monitor and develop the performance of Project Support Officers.
What's involved Mentor and coach PSO's to support professional development and performance outcomes. Coordinate allocation of Project Support Officers to projects in hand. Liaise with key project stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure processes are developed, understood, and followed to support team outcomes. You'll need Essential Hold a Construction safety induction (white card) Ability to gain Baseline Security Clearance (Australian Citizen) Diploma in Business Office Administration and/or demonstrable relevant experience working in an administrative/project support role. Excellent time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing multiple projects. Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise across all levels internally and externally. A collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively within a team. Proficient in IFS or a similar ERP system. Advanced knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office suite with high attention to detail and accuracy. Desirable Excellent presentation skills to develop and deliver training modules to other business units that interact with the Project Support Officers.
