Job Description Our Mortgage Brokers are the go-to source for lending advice and expertise in their local communities. With over 70% of mortgages now being settled by brokers, and Aussie ranking as the #1 most recognised brand in the industry, we're on a high growth trajectory even after 30 years in the game. As such, we're looking to expand our teams in multiple thriving Aussie stores across the region.
Working primarily from an Aussie retail store, our Aussie Mortgage Brokers:
Manage phone, online, and walk-in enquiries Provide lending advice and solutions to customers Connect with the local community to build pipeline and referral partnerships See customer deals through to settlement Note: this is a self-employed, commission-based role, where you will have the opportunity to build your own thriving business.
Qualifications To achieve success as a broker, you'll need: A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you don't have your Cert IV, we will guide you on how to obtain it. A background in sales or customer service. While previous experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, full training will be provided. Drive and determination to build a thriving business. A willingness to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to help people achieve their home ownership dreams.
