Aussie Gold Natural Spring Water is seeking an experienced and skilled Factory Foreman to join our team in Yeppoon, Queensland. As our Factory Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and effective production to meet our customer demands.
What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff to ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately, on time and to our Aussie Gold standard. Monitor and maintain production schedules, identifying and resolving any operational issues that may arise. Ensure adherence to all health, safety and quality control procedures. Provide hands-on support and guidance to production staff, training them on proper techniques and equipment usage. Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials. Maintain detailed records of production data for accreditation. Organise fleet for upcoming routes and ensure bottle stock is maintained and accurate. What we're looking for Significant experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, logistics, and health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and resolve operational issues.
