About Ultimate Catering Repairs (UCR)We utilize the latest technology to provide efficient and effective repair solutions for the service industry.A severe lack of quality services was noticed, so we pride ourselves on being a satisfactory repair business that guarantees quality solutions.RoleSkilled mechanics are needed to aid in equipment maintenance of appliances such as ovens, gas ranges/stoves, etc.Responsibilities:Examine and test machines, equipment, instruments, and control systems to diagnose faults.Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment for optimal performance.Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships across teams.Liaise with supervisors and machine operators about equipment performance.Adjust, repair, and replace worn parts and wiring, maintaining machines and equipment.Carry out routine checks and planned maintenance to retain efficiency.Perform fault finding and diagnostics on mobile and fixed plant equipment.Advise users on correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions.Requirements:AQF Certificate III or AQF Certificate IV (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)3 years of work experienceAbility to handle repairs and maintenance of service equipmentHardworking and positive attitudeAbility to work within a team and independentlySalary: $70,000 - $90,000
