The team at George St Deli is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and driven Restaurant Operations Manager who can oversee the day-to-day functions of the restaurant and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating menu planning with Chefs and other kitchen staff
- Overseeing special functions and large bookings
- Ensuring dining, restaurant, and kitchen spaces adhere to health regulations and are clean, functional, and well-maintained
