We're ready to help you do it.The Role :The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data to develop meaningful insight and generate accurate reporting of pricing for products and schemes across AP+.
You will execute pricing operations processes and play a key role in continuously improving these processes to drive efficiency and mitigate operational, regulatory, reputational and financial risks.
You will be seen as a pricing operations subject matter expert (SME) and will collaborate across various departments, including technology, data, finance, billing, product and commercial to drive outcomes.The Senior Pricing Analyst will report into the Head of Pricing Operations and Governance and will be based in Sydney.Proposed Position Requirements are :Pricing operations SME for pricing fee implementation.Perform reporting and analysis of pricing data.Enhance pricing operations and governance to create efficiency and mitigate risks.Skills & Qualifications :5+ years' experience in pricing, finance, or analytics, preferably in a similar industry.Strong ability to analyse large datasets and derive actionable insights.Highly proficient in data analysis tools like SQL to perform complex nested queries, joins and calculations, advanced MS Excel, Power BI.Highly proficient in BI reporting, dashboard creation, financial analysis, and forecasting.Proven work experience demonstrating data process improvement and automation.Ability to think critically and solve complex data pricing challenges.Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Payments industry experience preferred.Knowledge of payments pricing, such as interchange and scheme fee constructs, advantageous.Knowledge of Snowflake and Amazon AWS S3 advantageous.Knowledge of statistical, financial and analytic concepts.What happens next :At AP+, we believe in the power of passion, pride, and purpose.
