We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help us build and enhance the platform.The Role : You will collaborate with technical teams to enhance tech solutions.
This role requires you to efficiently navigate between detailed coding and broader business and product strategies.
You must be highly organized, adept in cross-functional teams, and passionate about advancing the use of technology.Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :Develop and implement front-end and back-end solutions within a broader project team.Produce high-quality code with excellent test coverage.Conduct code reviews and maintain code efficiently and effectively.Assist in estimating and planning to support the development of the product roadmap.Collaborate closely with developers and team members, working alongside product owners and technical leads to understand requirements and address technical issues.Proactively research and develop potential new technologies for product incorporation.Design and implement algorithms and solutions, utilizing your expertise in PHP.Strategize on the seamless integration of new features and APIs across various platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.Exhibit a deep commitment to understanding user needs and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring our solutions not only meet but exceed user expectations.Uphold and exceed enterprise-grade compliance standards, ensuring our products are secure and reliable.To Be Successful :Extensive experience (5+ years) in PHP, Laravel, Vue.js (Vue 2 / 3), and strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks.Strong understanding and experience with OOP and SOLID principles.Experience with some of the following Laravel / PHP patterns: Adapter, Factory, Abstract Factory, Singleton, Observer, Event-Driven Architecture (Events and Listeners), Queue Execution (Queues and Jobs), and Notifications (Notifications in Laravel).Strong background in Go or Node.js development is a plus.Experience in building secure, scalable APIs such as Xero, accounting, etc.Experience in the finance industry (fintech) is desirable.Impressive problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in agile methodology, working with agile teams and participating in agile ceremonies.Experience with unit testing and ensuring high test coverage.Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and conciseness.Demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills, with the ability to interact and negotiate with various customers and stakeholders.Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively prepare and present complex information.Ability to translate detailed business requirements into well-engineered programs.What We Offer : In return for your skills, you will enjoy impressive facilities and a combination of projects and BAU work that can serve as a platform for your career growth.
