About the Role
You would be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a customer-centric approach to supporting external and internal stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of quality service and cross sales to AusHealth clients.
What will my day-to-day look like?
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders Planning weekly, monthly, and annual drug and alcohol testing schedules for clients Providing telephone support to drug and alcohol testing clients and offering solutions Following up with new and existing clients on behalf of the National Sales Manager Providing support to National Sales, Account, and Customer Service Manager Excellent computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or administration role is highly desirable Demonstrated customer service and sales skills including the ability to establish positive relationships Well-developed interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, negotiation, and teamwork Customer-focused attitude Ability to stay calm in stressful situations and troubleshoot High level of attention to detail and data entry accuracy What do I need?
