About the Role
Assist in the continual analysis of financial data and adhoc information requests to identify any variances and/or trends to inform business decisions. Provide financial information and support for the tender process. Monitor, analyse and assist with calculation of standard cost and standard sell rates. Participate in budgeting and forecasting duties, including annual and quarterly planning for business lines, along with the coordination of rolling monthly forecasting. Review and preparation of weekly and monthly reports/analysis of AR, WIP, DSO and Reimbursability. Preparation of end of month dashboards and cashflow forecasting. Assist project teams to ensure financial profitability and project performance. Liaise with regional business services to ensure accurate processing of transactional accounting/AR/Payroll and timekeeping. About You
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting (CA OR CPA certification would be highly regarded). Demonstrated experience in financial management, including advanced knowledge of business planning, developing costings, formulating and monitoring budgets, and financial reporting, models and systems. Advanced computer skills (in particular Excel) including ability to learn/adapt to new systems. Advanced oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Effective lateral thinking skills to assist with development of improved business solutions. Ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines. Why Ausenco?
