The Role
We are currently seeking an Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team. This full-time permanent high-paced position will see you:
Prepare and process creditor pay runs Reconcile creditor balances with creditor statements Manage petty cash Assist with accounts receivable Manage fleet vehicle requirements for fuel and Etoll and the related reconciliations and payments Vendor / Creditor onboarding including credit applications, ABN and bank account checks The Person
Exceptional customer service and communication skills Experience in an Accounts Payable role Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Experience with Jobpac, Salesforce and Framework is highly desirable What we offer
