We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team based in Mackay QLD. This role is for someone that likes a fast-paced environment with a passion for delivering the best customer service.
As part of your role, you will provide customers with product and technical support via face to face, phone, or processing orders that come through via email.
Your RoleProvide customer service - counter sales and via phoneProcess orders via phone and emailSupport a diverse customer base in providing hydraulic hose and fittings product supportAttend to sales enquiries, investigations on order discrepancies and or invoicesLiaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when requiredWhy us?Full day induction to help you settle into the business and position.Enrol to Internal Sales programs and explore who our customers are and different communication methods for customers with different needs.
