What your day looks like? Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier service and support.Building relationships with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.Maintain stock levels, picking, packing, and dispatching orders.Assisting with general branch support and administration.Collaborate with other team members to streamline customer experience and improve sales processes.Who are you? Excellent communication and organizational skillsComputer literate at an intermediate level.Experience in sales, customer service or warehouse.Proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Experience in bearings, power transmissions or a mechanical aptitude (desirable).Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Willingness to work as part of a team and go the extra mile to help achieve business targets.What's in it for you?
