You'll be the key contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, support and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities include: Receive sales enquiries (over phone, email and trade counter) and follow up with quotes and pricing enquiries.Contribute to the customer service team by assisting other sales staff and counter sales.Accurately enter cash sales, picking slips and invoices into the computer system.Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reason for credit and rectify problems to eliminate future credits.Ensure sufficient levels of stock are available and advise purchasing department of stock requirements.On-the-job training will be provided.This hands-on role will also require physical manual handling of industrial & hydraulic hoses and fittings for the purposes of preparing customer orders.
