Key Responsibilities Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packagesEnsure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targetsSupport and handle walk-in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accuratelyMaximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-sellingMonitor and action all relevant mailboxes dailyMaintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate salesWho are you? Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targetsMinimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel IndustryGDS experienceExceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressureAmbitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficientlyWhat's in it for you?
